@glamblizz actually on her that's toxic fat not so much muscle, you can tell that she works out hard does not weigh super much but she is still high fat percentage. most likely around 30% fat...if she gets just her fat percentage down to 19-21% her thighs would get very slender even though she has good quality muscle at the same time...to get rid of toxic fat you must cleans with colonics extra fiber and eat only fruits and veggies for 3-4 weeks..and no cooked food!

These wont give you skinny thighs but will give stronger muscles in that area combine it with jogging and you will have sexy legs. |
