hey am a guy...n am 17...i kinda hav a lot of fat in my thighs...n am bow-legged....so is this excercise only for women..is it ok if a boy follows this excercise..? or will i get butts like women?

Hey!!! i'm 16 and i'm not really fat, will doing this twice a day make me sore? and do i have to do it wih a bit o' cardio every once in a while? i really need to look lean before i'm off to college next yr (i know i'm young, i skipped a grade) ur pretty btw :)

I cannot even do the first workout, because my thighs are not strong enough/hurt. Do you have any tips so I can slowly learn to do it?? I'm really desperate.

hi alisa!!! im thirteen years old and i want to have a small butt and skinny thighs... how long do you think this exercise will take to help my get skinnier and toned legs? also, will this exercise help my get rid of my HUGE butt? Hi Alisa, if i do your pilates for sexy legs in 8 min. & you Pilates stomach series workout every other day once a daya i will see any results or is better if i do it at least once a day everyday? what are your suggestions? By the way thank you rfor yhour videos, i have never had a work out like this! |
