when i saw this exercise i was like no way its gonnaq burn and after doing it just 6 minutes im sweating like crazy and mind u im 12 weight 105 im not fat wow this helps

@alisawyattfitness sould I do it once in the morning and once in the evening or 2 times in a row? btw this video really helped me a lot! ;)

@TH3P3RPCHICKZ It means your under laying muscles are rock hard but you have a layer of fat that isn't letting them show. No matter how skinny you are you can have fat hiding your hard work. Just cut out fat or I would go on Atkins it's fast. It all depends on what is better for you. Check your BMI to see what your body % fat is, then you can calculate how much to eat to lose it. Good luck. :)
