Great strengthening workout! One question: On the elbow pushups, should I switch which arm goes down? I feel like I'm using just one for pushing my body up and the other isn't working as much. Thanks?

hi... great informative doable videos.. most of the exercise videos i watch on youtube are not doable.. i have a question. i have a pooch belly at the lower abdomen area also big thighs due to which my butt doesnt have a curvy shape.. hope you understood.. pls suggest exrcises to reduce that.can you teel how long will it take to get flat stomach

I have a question: if i were to do this video every single night how long would it take for me to get tone? I'm not fat but i would just like my stomach to be toned up. There is one more thing will this video get rid of the cellulite build up behind the legs?

@pchinoy Just wanted to share that I find the best way to target this problem area is to do a regular yoga lunge with the back leg straight, and with correct alignment just hinge your hips and thus your back forward about 35 degrees. You will really feel it in that area and give your bum a boost. Also climbing stairs (2 at a time) on your tippy toes helps this area.
