yes she is beautiful, but she should not be instructing Pilates! this is awful instruction....do you see the way her lower back arches and abs splay out as she does the double straight leg stretch (last exercise)?? go take a REAL Pilates class under the supervision of a CERTIFIED instructor and don't hurt yourself trying to copy her incorrect movements....
