wow! this workout was great! I'm so sore >.< I have an average size 10 figure and I'm happy about my top half but my legs are a real issue.... Is this the right workout to SLIM my legs because they have tone but they aren't lean. I have fat on my inner thighs which I want to burn off so could you recommend a workout for me please? Is this the best one to do? Thanks :)
