This i so great! Last year, I took a pilates class 4 days a week, but this year between work and school I just haven't made the time to do it. I am just now visibly starting to lose the definition and muscle I gained through Pilates last year. These videos are great! How often do you recommend doing your videos? Any recommended sequence of videos or anything?
