This guy is an aerobic, exercise, fitness God! His dvds are only £3! Why so cheap, when he is obviously far better qualified to instruct than any of those stupid celebrity dvds. I'm using his quick fit programme at the moment and I know for sure it's going to do the job in record time. Thanks Micah!
