LOVE YOUR VIDEOS!!! it takes a lot for me to feel challenged, and i have yet to finish one of your vids without hitting pause for a few seconds! how many calories can one burn on average if they do this entire video correctly, while engaging the appropriate muscles?? thanks! :o)

@patrinemae I don't know what Cassey will say, but I can tell you from my own experience that I definitely saw a visible increase in tone with just 10 minutes a day. These videos are more intense than standard pilates routines and therefore require less time to see a difference (usually pilates takes a little bit of time to show results). However, if you're trying to dramatically change your body (for summer or whatever), I would do a few of them rather than just one at a time if possible.

hey cassey! still doing ur videos, and i'm sooooo sore! i was just curious as to how often per week and how long (time wise) during the day i should do ur videos to see a difference...as of now i'm doing ur videos 3 days a week for 30 minutes...and some type of cardio for 45 min 3 days a week...ur guidance...u dn't even kno, how appreciated it is!! Love lOVE lOVe u!
